HOW TO SHOP
1. Use the NEW ARRIVALS, COLLARS, LEASHES, SLIDERS and COLLECTIONS links to help you find what you are looking for.
2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select from the product options (e.g. the collar size and colour) and if you would like to personalise your item complete any personalisation options where available. Then click on the ADD TO BASKET button beneath each item.
3. Once the item has been successfully added to your basket and if you are ready to finish your order simply click on the VIEW BASKET link to be taken to review the contents of your shopping cart. Otherwise you can continue shopping until you are ready to finalise your purchase.
4. At any time you can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the SHOPPING CART ICON at the top of the page. This will activate a slide-out overview of your shopping cart where you can choose to view your shopping cart page or proceed to checkout.
5. In both the slide-out shopping cart and the full shopping cart page you can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking on the X beside the item you wish to remove.
6. Once you have finalised the items you wish to purchase click on the CHECKOUT button to complete your order.
SIZE INFORMATION
We include a size chart on each and every collar product page. Size ranges are approximate from the first and last holes of the collar. Collar sizes are not standard across all of our collections. It is always best to check the size chart provided for each collar to determine the correct size for your pet.
Please refer to our Size Information section for guidelines on how to measure your pet’s collar size.

If you are already a VIP Member simply log in to your account to access your saved Wish Lists or create new ones.
