DELIVERY

Tail & Collar offer a same day dispatch service for all orders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday. For orders finalised after 2pm we will dispatch the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Tail & Collar offers free standard shipping within Australia for all orders and free express shipping for all orders over $100. All orders are dispatched for delivery via Australia Post. Orders can be sent to PO Box addresses within Australia.

Tail & Collar offers free express shipping within Australia for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 can be shipped express for a flat rate of $10. All orders are dispatched for delivery via Australia Post. Orders can be sent to PO Box addresses within Australia.

Please note: Next business day express delivery within Australia is only available within the Australia Post Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth between CBDs only) and some major centres.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently we do not ship to locations outside of Australia.

DELAYED GOODS

We understand that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible however, once your item is dispatched completion of delivery is the responsibility of and is according to the terms and conditions as extended by the carrier we use. Tail & Collar do not accept liability for delays in delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it so it is important to ensure the shipping address you enter during checkout is the correct address for delivery.

If you need to change the address you provided please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Tail & Collar are not liable or responsible if you make a mistake or do not inform us of any changes before we dispatch your item.

STORE PICKUPS

Unfortunately, we do not offer a store pick-up option. From our experience however you should receive your item fairly quickly, in most cases the next day.
